Who doesn’t love Chocolate Covered Frozen Bananas?! Leave it to me to make them super “extra” and better than any frozen banana I’ve ever tried. I’m calling them Banana Splits on a Stick!
Cut your bananas in half and insert a Popsicle stick (you can buy on Amazon or just eat a bunch of Popsicles and save the sticks). First, dip the bananas in peanut butter (make sure you use an all natural peanut butter with a runny consistency). Freeze for 10-15 minutes. Then, dip them in melted chocolate - melt the chocolate by adding 1-2 tsp of coconut oil per chocolate bar and microwave on 50% power at 30 second increments until its all melted.
Add crushed peanuts, freeze dried strawberries, and a little more peanut butter and freeze for about an hour.
