Recently I shared what might be my favorite salad in all of LA, the Chop Salad from Lodge Bread. It’s just perfection. It’s herby, zingy, crunchy, briny, and just everything I want in a salad. You’ll want to double or even triple the dressing recipe to keep on hand for throwing together salads during the week.
This recipe calls for cooked chicken breast or rotisserie chicken as I made this like it’s made from Lodge Bread, but I still want to offer some other options in proteins. Grilled chicken breast and rotisserie chicken offer a lean and tasty source of essential protein and nutrients without loading up on unhealthy fats. What else could you add?
However you make it, you are going to love! It is seriously so simple, easy to make and the dressing puts it over the top. Enjoy!
Sherry Dressing:
I made my chicken with my sous vide. I seasoned with salt and pepper and cooked at 150 for 1 1/2 hours.
Could i skip the cheese? Deal-breaker?
