Nothing beats an October beach day with a homemade Deli-Style Turkey Sub with Sweet Pepper Relish. I stocked up on fresh ingredients and was inspired to whip up my own sweet pepper relish with some mini bell peppers. They’ve always been a go to snack, so I decided to find another way to incorporate them into my life. Needless to say, this relish is the perfect companion to any sandwich (try it on tuna too!), and it’s surprisingly simple to make.
