Greek-Style Burgers with Tzatziki & Greek Lemon Potatoes

Burgers

1. Combine organic, grass fed beef, egg, red onion, garlic, fresh parsley, fresh dill, salt, lemon pepper, & dried oregano. Form patties and add to a hot cast iron pan over medium heat.
2. Cook for 3-4 minutes each side. Serve in a lettuce wrap with tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, avocado and tzatziki.

Greek Lemon Potatoes

1. Cut potatoes in wedges and coat with the following mixture on a baking pan: olive oil, chicken broth, lemon juice, garlic, salt and oregano.
2. Bake at 400 for about 45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes. Finish on broil until potatoes are crispy!
