We turned a serious pancake craving into a healthy, filling recipe that will become a new staple in your weekday mornings. These High Protein Blender Banana Oat Pancakes literally taste like banana bread, are perfectly crispy on the outside, and will keep you full until lunch. Plus there’s almost no clean up. ENJOY!

LOVING this recipe! It has become a weekly staple. It’s so easy to make a big batch at the Beginning of The week, freeze them, then pop them in the toaster in the am!
