I LOVE french toast and want to eat it more often so I found a way to pack in over 30 grams of protein in one serving! This makes the perfect post workout breakfast or snack. I like to make mine with sourdough bread, but you can use whatever you prefer! I tested a few protein powders in this recipe and I liked Orgain Organic Protein the most.
Keep the cooked French toast in a 300 degree oven to keep warm as you prepare the rest.
