Jalapeño Turkey Burgers with Sweet Potato Buns

Burgers

1. Mix the lean ground turkey, white onion, garlic, jalapeño minced, cilantro, lime juice and seasonings together (I use my hands). Form into patties and cook over medium high heat on the stove for about 4 minutes each side. Make sure the pan is hot before you put the burgers on! This gives them a nice outer crisp. You can grill these as well if you want!

Buns

1. Cut one large sweet potato into rounds and spray evenly with oil and season with @traderjoes everything but the bagel seasoning. Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes each side until cooked through and crispy on the outside.
2. Serve with avocado, tomato, shredded lettuce and some hot sauce! Feel free to throw on whatever you want!
