I decided I needed to make a burger recipe that was so good that it didn’t even need a bun (no shame in bun eating but I was carb overloaded at the time I made this). The star of the show is this HEALTHIFIED IN-N-OUT SPREAD and holyyyyy shit it’s good. Takes literally 1 minute and is sure to transform your burger. All ingredients from Trader Joe’s.

Lettuce Wrapped Burgers with Healthified In-N-Out Spread
Ingredients
In-N-Out "Spread"
- 1/2 cup Chosen Foods Mayo
- 2 tablespoons relish
- 3 1/2 tablespoons ketchup
- 1 teaspoon white vinegar
- 1 teaspoon coconut sugar (or regular)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 lb grass fed ground beef
- 1 teaspoon salt & pepper
- Onion
- Tomato
- Iceberg lettuce
- Cheddar cheese
Instructions
In-N-Out "Spread"
- Combine all ingredients.
Burgers
- Form grass fed ground beef into patties and press the center down with your thumb. Season with salt and pepper.
- Grill or cook on a pan over high heat for about 3 minutes each side adding cheese for the last minute. Serve with onion, tomato, spread, and wrap in lettuce.
