Peanut Butter Garlic Chicken

Chicken

1. Marinate chicken breasts for 1 hour in the peanut butter mixture
2. Grill on medium/high temp until cooked through

Sides

1. A ton of garlic green beans baked with olive oil, salt & pepper, and minced garlic
2. Sweet potatoes baked at 400 degrees for 40 minutes then crisped up on a hot pan before serving
3. Cauliflower rice sautéed in avocado oil with curry powder, turmeric, salt & pepper and minced garlic
