Pear & Ginger Prosecco Cocktail
Ingredients
For 1 cocktail:
- 4-6 oz Coppola Diamond Collection Prosecco
- 1 oz pear purée
- 1 oz Ginger Honey Syrup
- Pear slices and candied ginger to garnish
- 1 ripe Bartlett pear, cut into slices
- 1 tablespoon water
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup honey
- 2 inch knob ginger, peeled and chopped
Instructions
- First make your honey ginger syrup. Bring the water, honey and ginger to a boil over high heat. Simmer on low for 5 minutes then let it sit for an additional 20 minutes.
- Strain and store in the refrigerator.
- For the pear purée, blend the pear and water until smooth.
- Add all ingredients into a champagne or coupe glass and stir to combine. Garnish and serve!
