I love this recipe–it’s in my regular meal rotation! I’m hosting a dinner party this weekend and would love to make this for a large crowd. We live on the east coast so it’s too cold to grill and I think it would take too long to do i the cast iron pan for so many people… do you think it would be just as good baked? If so, what temp/time would you recommend?
