Picture this: You’re craving something seriously delicious but easy enough for a busy weeknight. Enter these Saucy Peanut Chicken Bowls made with ingredients from Trader Joe’s in literally 15 minutes! Ground chicken sizzles with sesame oil, garlic, and ginger in a saute pan, then gets coated in an incredible homemade peanut sauce that’s creamy, savory, and a little sweet. Serve the saucy peanut chicken over fluffy jasmine rice, throw on some crunchy cucumbers, scallions, cilantro, and peanuts, and bam! Dinner’s done. The best part? Each serving has over 22 grams of protein, making this dish so satisfying and nourishing. Trust me, you’ll be obsessed.
*If you don’t want to make your own sauce, feel free to use 1 jar Trader Joe’s Thai Peanut Satay Sauce! You may need to add water in step 4 to make it more saucy.
Insanely delicious and easy!!! Wow!
Great recipe and so easy to make! Subbed for rice for quinoa and was a hit
Made this for dinner this past week – my husband LOVED it so much he ate the leftovers the next night for dinner. Incredibly quick and easy to make as well, we will be adding this to our dinner rotation.
Made this with ground turkey and loved it! (I ran out of soy sauce but even without the full amount the meat didn’t taste overly turkey-y —I’m kind of a ground turkey hater so this was a big plus 😂) I served it over thin rice noodles—will definitely make again with turkey or chicken!!
Love how flavorful this dinner was! It was also super super easy (and fast!) to make—also inexpensive! I used ground turkey and it came out great—aka no “turkey” flavor 😂
So easy and delicious! Will definitely make again.
I had this for dinner tonight and it turned out delicious! It was so easy to make! I loved the pairing of the cucumbers with this dish!
