Nothing beats a cozy night in with some Sausage & White Bean Soup. I’ve made a similar soup a few times from a delicious NYT recipe, but I changed it quite a bit to make it more my style. It’s absolutely delicious!! You can use any ground meat but I like using Italian Sausage for lots of extra flavor. Finishing it off with fresh lemon juice and grated parm is also a must!
I’ve made this several times now. SO GOOD. We love it. I do add more chicken broth to our liking and a full pound of sausage just so it makes more. I’ve subbed frozen spinach for kale, I’ve used fresh spinach, and I’ve used the kale as per the recipe. Every version is excellent! Thanks for this recipe!
This was really good! My husband generally doenst love My cooking but he loved this soup!
