Prep the rims by running a half of one of the limes along the rim and then coat in tajin.
Blend the watermelon on high for about 30 seconds or until smooth.
Fill a cocktail shaker about half way with ice then add watermelon juice, tequila or mezcal, cointreau, lime juice and 2-3 jalapeƱo slices. Shake until ice cold.
Fill the glasses 1/2-3/4 of the way with ice and pour the cocktail.
