Arugula, like other dark green vegetables, are a great source of vitamins and minerals, while berries, particularly strawberries and raspberries, are rich polyphenols known as Hydroxybenzoic acids—derivatives of benzoic acid. So not only are you enjoying a delicious, refreshing salad, you are showing your gut some serious love!
So good! Made this tonight and Substituted fresh figs for the strawberries. Feel like the salmon rub could use a little more salt. Gonna be making this in repeat.
Made these for dinner and the combo of arugula and the strawberry with salmon and dressing. Amazing. Can’t wait to make in repeat this summer.
These are so easy and addicting. I have made them so many times and the whole family loves them. We have made it as the salad but we often just make the salmon and eat it bowl style with some rice and veggies.
