Post beach swim Tuna Melt >>> Where are all my canned tuna people at? I don’t know why it gets such a bad rep! A tuna melt truly hits different and I’m not ashamed to admit it!

Tuna Melt
Ingredients
- 1 5 oz can of wild tuna in water drained
- 3 tbsp red onion finely diced
- 1 tbsp jalapeno finely diced
- 2-3 tbsp mayonnaise
- 2 tsp Dijon mustard
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 2 pieces of wheat bread
- Butter, I used Churn Buttery garlic & shallot butter
- Cheddar cheese
- Sliced tomatoes
Instructions
- Combine tuna, red onion, jalapeño, Mayo, mustard, salt and pepper.
- Spread butter on one side of each slice of bread.
- Assemble your sandwich and cook over medium/light heat on a skillet until golden.
