I can’t believe these are healthy… I tried to copy Perfect Bars walnut brownie bars and I think I nailed it! These are cheap and easy to make, filled with healthy fats and protein, and are perfect for a quick breakfast, snack or dessert.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup walnuts
- 3 tbsp peanut butter
- 2 scoops collagen peptides or protein powder
- 1 tbsp honey
- 10 dates soaked in hot water
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 tbsp cacao powder
- 1/8 tsp salt
Instructions
- In a food processor or blender combine all ingredients. Roll into balls and refrigerate for 20 minutes before eating. Store for up to 3 days if you can make them last!
Notes
Soak the dates for a minimum of 10 minutes in hot water
I loved these! So easy to make and so delicious.
These are SO GOOD! I have made a lot of protein balls in the past and these are by far the best ones I’ve ever had/made! The perfect consistency and they literally taste like brownie dough. Will definitely be making them again!
Hey Carissa,
How many balls does this recipe make?
About 8!
