This is for all my fellow lazy people. Made this during that awkward time between Thanksgiving and Christmas that calls for easy, healthy dinners that take almost no time at all to make. This 15 Minute Salmon Bowl will give you all the nutrients you need to keep your energy up, plus it’s so delicious. You gotta try it!
Ingredients
Air Fryer Salmon:
- 2 salmon filets about 4 oz each
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 2 garlic cloves minced
- Sesame seeds to garnish
Spicy Mayo:
- 3 tbsp mayonnaise preferably kewpie
- 2 tsp sriracha
- 1/2 tsp sesame oil
For the bowls:
- Brown rice
- Mixed greens
- @getsidedish Creamy Sesame dressing
- Cucumbers
- Avocado
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 400 degrees. Pour the mixture of soy sauce, Dijon and garlic over the salmon. Air fry for about 8 minutes (you can bake it too- just add 2ish minutes).
- Combine all ingredients for the spicy Mayo and prep the rest while the salmon bakes. Assemble and serve!
I make this ever on repeat! Such an easy week night meal. I top cucumbers and greens with some rice vinegar and call it a day. Use some frozen jasmine rice from TJs to make it an even quicker meal.
So easy and So Delicious! It was a big hit, Husband and son loved it.
