Blackened Chicken & Jalapeño Crunchy Kale Salad

Whipped up a 10 minute totally non Instagram worthy dinner but I’m posting it anyway BECAUSE 1. It took 10 minutes to make 2. Blew my damn tastebuds out of the water and 3.
