You can eat it as a low carb skillet or toss it into a hoagie roll for a cheesesteak sandwich. I’ve done both and can confirm it’s one of the best cheesesteaks I’ve ever had. I made it for my family and my mom loves mushrooms so we added them, but feel free to leave them out if it’s not your thing. Enjoy!!

Honestly this is so perfect. Incredible on its own or throw it on some bread for an amazing sandwich. Heats up so well & is always a crowd pleaser! One of my favorites for a weeknight when im feeling lazy and dont want to cook!
