Enjoy the perfect fall cocktail: Cinnamon Sugar Tequila Sour. It’s delicious.

Cinnamon Sugar Tequila Sour
Ingredients
- 3 oz tequila, I prefer anejo for this one (vodka also works)
- Juice from 2 lemons
- Juice from 1 orange
- 1 tablespoon agave
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon or pumpkin pie spice
- 1 egg white or 1 tablespoon aquafaba (the water in a can of chickpeas- it makes the drink frothy)
- Ice
- 1 tablespoon sugar coconut sugar, or sweetener of choice
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- Agave
Instructions
- Add the agave to a plate and then the cinnamon and sugar to another plate. Coat the rim in the agave then the cinnamon sugar.
- Shake all ingredients in a cocktail shaker filled with ice for 30 seconds then strain into the glasses. Enjoy! Makes 2 cocktails.
