One simple step to make your salad dressing stand out! Instead of using plain olive oil we are taking 5 minutes to crisp up some shallots in our dressing oil to take it to the next level. I love prepping this for the week and drizzling over some arugula or little gem for a simple, no chopping required side salad to accompany any meal. I’ve served a simple salad with this dressing as a side for a holiday dinner, for brunch with a quiche and of course with my viral Simple Grilled Steak Salad. However you eat it, I can promise you will make it again and again.
