Wanted to make a fun GREEN recipe for St. Patrick’s Day and HOT DAMN this Pea & Burrata Flatbread hit the nail on the head! I cannot get over how delicious it was. Peas are legit so underrated I can’t believe they aren’t used in more dishes. SO FREAKING GOOD.
