Keeping this TikTok wrap trend going because I’m seriously obsessed! Katie Austin and I made a Crispy Buffalo Chicken and Breakfast Wrap (breakfast wrap can be found on Katie’s page) and they were both so bomb! Here’s the recipe for the Buffalo Chicken.
Ingredients
Healthy Chicken Nuggets:
- 1/2 lb organic chicken breast
- 1 egg
- 1/3 cup almond flour
- 2 tbsp tapioca flour arrowroot flour works too
- Avocado oil
Wrap:
- Large flour tortilla I love Siete Foods
- Chicken Nuggets
- Buffalo Sauce
- Peeled/Shredded Carrots
- Green onion
- Lettuce
- Cheddar cheese
- Avocado
Instructions
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and cut organic chicken breast into “nuggets”. Coat in egg wash then a mixture of almond flour and tapioca flour.
- Add avocado oil to your hot pan then add the chicken. Cook for 2-4 minutes each side (depends on the size and thickness of the chicken).
- Assemble wrap as shown on the video Reel and grill on a hot pan over medium heat for 2-3 minutes each side.
