There is nothing better than a good Grilled Fish Sandwich and I feel like they really don’t get the recognition they deserve. If you hear fish sandwich and you immediately think of a fast food deep fried fish filet with a stale bun, we need to rewire your brain. A good fish sandwich has freshly grilled fish, fresh toppings and always a delicious creamy sauce. You know I love to elevate my sauces, so I went with a Spicy Green Onion Remoulade that really gives this sandwich a flavor upgrade. Give it a shot, I think you’ll find your new favorite summer dinner!
