Ask and you shall receive! Many broccolinis reached out asking for my Easter weekend recommendations and here they are. From fish centric mains to carrot sides and brunchy casseroles, this is the lineup – all based on what was most requested by you!
Brunch
Everything Bagel Cheesy Hashbrown Egg Casserole: This casserole goes crazy. It has literally all the things you want for breakfast melted together into cozy, delicious perfection. My family lovvve the homemade pork breakfast sausage in this. You can make part of this one ahead of time as well!
Sweet Potato & Kale Frittata: This frittata is colorful, full of flavor and gluten-free! You seriously can’t go wrong with this one, it’s a guaranteed win.
Pesto Eggs in Purgatory: Such an easy brunch addition that can be made from the ingredients in a fridge clean out if you didn’t have time to pop by the store. There is just something about dipping crusty bread into this deliciousness.
Corn and Egg Scramble: This one may seem a little bit out of the ordinary, but I can confirm that corn and eggs belong together. Such a good brunch scramble to bring!
Everything Bagel Pig in a Blanket: If you aren’t popping one of these in your mouth the second you walk into the brunch, then we are different types of guests. This is the one you are snacking on before brunch has technically been served….
Banana Bread Coffee Cake: A cross between two of my favorites – banana bread and coffee cake. It has the perfect texture and taste, your guests will love this one.
Double Blueberry Oatmeal Muffins: Extremely delicious and full of superfoods. You really can’t ask for a more perfect blueberry muffin!
Apps
Sriracha Deviled Eggs: You have to have deviled eggs on the spread so why not have them with a spicy twist.
Whipped Feta Dip With Aleppo & Pecans: This Aba Restaurant Remake comes from being told to go and try this dip soooo many times I just had to remake it! If you can’t find Aleppo at your local grocery store, Amazon is a good back up.
Brie Pull Apart Bread: Rosemary, Garlic + Honey: The flavors and textures in this one just really can’t be beat. Serve this if you want to bring something everyone will talk about later.
Addicting Stuffed Mushrooms: Super easy to make and they always disappear so quickly – guaranteed crowd pleaser!
Creamy Burrata and Heirloom Tomato Salad: The easiest app to assemble with the best flavors and textures.
Classic Bruschetta: It’s classic for a reason!
Pan Fried Brie with Olives and Honey: I made this recipe the lazy way so you know it is the easiest way to get this delicious app in your lineup. This is one you keep thinking about after eating it!
Salads
Spring Orzo Pasta Salad with Crispy Shallot Vinaigrette: With or without the peas, this one is always a crowd favorite and ends with people asking for the recipe – the dressing is literally the best thing I have ever had.
La Scala Chopped Pasta Salad: A viral recipe that I added pasta to as an upgrade I never could’ve guessed would be this good. This one can be made ahead of time, just keep the dressing separate until you are ready to serve!
Citrus Avocado Salad: Born out of a fridge clean out, this one is as delicious as it is beautiful. Can’t go wrong!
My Favorite Arugula Salad: One of those salads that can convert you into being a salad lover. Can’t recommend enough!
Kale Salad with Lemon Vinaigrette: There is a lot of division on kale, but you just have to make it the right way aka this way! Enjoy.
Dishoom’s Chili Broccoli Salad: After eating my way through London, this was the recipe I could not stop thinking about after coming home and had to remake! Can be a side or an app.
Dinner Mains
Marinated Halibut: A fresh, light and simple way to make white fish. One of my favorite ways to have it!
Pistachio Pesto Salmon: An OG recipe I got from my momma and it hits every time. The pistachio pesto is *chefs kiss*
’Ina Inspired’ Baked Cod With Garlic & Herb Ritz Crumbs: A recipe from my queen Ina Garten that I modified slightly based on my cooking style. The crumb mixture on top truly takes it to a whole other level.
Garlic Herb Prime Rib: This main can seem intimidating to make, but it is so worth it and you will nail it with this recipe.
Spatchcock Roast Chicken: Making a great roast chicken is one of the most iconic things you can do. This is a recipe that is easy to follow and is so damn good.
Sides
Honey Roasted Carrots: You have to have a carrot side for Easter…you just do! This is one you will want as a side again and again.
Garlic Parmesan Green Beans: A very simple veggie side, but something about the garlic and parmesan makes them perfect.
Mom’s Potato Salad: A major comfort food as a side that is somehow even better the second day after making it.
Cheesy Scalloped Potatoes: One of the most cozy ways you can have potatoes and a broccolini favorite!
Boursin Twice Baked Potato: The creamy, cheesy potato side dish of your dreams.
Honey Butter House Rolls: Best rolls I have ever had! Truly so insane, you have to try them.
Dessert
Strawberry Cake Bars: Dense yet super moist and the perfect combo of sweet and tangy.
Grain Free Lemon Loaf: This one is a broccolini favorite. Seriously you guys go CRAZY for it and I totally understand why – this one can be served as a brunch item or dessert. SO GOOD!!!
Healthy “Reeses” Eggs: An iconic Easter dessert. Perfect for having the healthier version of what you would normally buy and tastes so much better, in my not-so-humble opinion.
Brown Butter S’mores Rice Krispies: A yummy dessert recipe that doesn’t require turning on the oven which is always a win!
Banana Nutella Cake: I freaked out when I had this at Little Cupcake Bake Shop in New York. This is the healthified version of it and it is still just as delicious!
Pink Strawberry Snack Mix: The dessert to bring that is super cute and yummy. You can even send people home with little goodie bags of this mix!
